Construction Project Manager
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our HMP Glasgow team based, overseeing a team of site managers delivering structures and frames across multiple large buildings.
Location: Glasgow - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our team and lead the successful delivery of our Structures and Frame project at HMP Glasgow. As a Project Manager, you'll oversee construction activities, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the WF3 - Structures and Frame team, supporting them in delivering construction excellence. Your day to day will include:
• Leading and overseeing construction activities, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
• Managing performance of subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme requirements
• Working collaboratively with the commercial team to monitor and report on financial status
• Developing and reviewing method statements and risk assessments
• Nurturing relationships with clients and providing guidance to site teams
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
- You have significant experience in delivering large-scale construction project
- You can demonstrate experience of managing large teams of site managers and site engineers
- You bring specific expertise in concrete building structures and steel frame constructio
- You're skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively across all levels
- You have relevant construction qualifications (HND/Degree) and professional membership
- You're detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
