We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Facilities Management team based in Cambridgeshire.

Location: Cambridgeshire
Hours: 40 hours per week

Join our Facilities Management team as a Contract Manager, where you'll oversee a multi-site contract across Cambridgeshire. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for the successful delivery of integrated facilities management services, working closely with the Senior Operations Manager to manage client relationships and ensure performance excellence. You'll lead a team of mobile engineers and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality services that enable our clients to operate effectively.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in delivering exceptional service across multiple sites. Your day to day will include:

  • Managing day-to-day service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Overseeing the financial performance of contracts, ensuring compliance with budgets and maximising margin
  • Leading and supporting a team of mobile engineers, along with subcontractor and administrative coordination
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and that all processes meet contractual SLAs and KPIs
  • Conducting quality assurance inspections and identifying opportunities for service improvement

What are we looking for?

This role of Contract Manager is great for you if:

  • You have proven experience in building services, statutory regulations and compliance within facilities management
  • You possess strong management and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach
  • You have a solid understanding of health and safety requirements and current legislation
  • You hold relevant industry qualifications, Managing IOSH Certificate, CSCS Card and Asbestos Awareness
  • You have demonstrable experience managing financial performance, including profit and loss responsibility
