Coordinator
We're looking for a Traffic Management & Logistics Coordinator to join our Highways team based in Tebay Cumbria. In this role you'll play a key part in supporting the Traffic Management (TM) team with programming, phasing, forecasting and overseeing TM and logistics activities to ensure the smooth progression of projects from design through to delivery. Due to the nature of this position a full driving licence is essential.

Location: Tebay, Cumbria - travel to the office required with some remote working available
Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 per annum + £5k annual car allowance + benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with a range of teams and stakeholders including National Highways, Local Authorities the communications team and onsite teams to ensure the project is delivered efficiently to the highest standards and within budget.
Your day to day will include:
- Implement and comply with Kier's SHE policy and procedures, legal requirements, and best practices, including regular safety inspections
- Ensure the TM delivery is in line to the agreed programmes, liaising with operational delivery teams
- Maintain quality inspection records on site as per the quality plan
- Assist in the coordination of logistics support
- Develop strong relationships with the client's management and project delivery teams
