We're looking for a Cost Clerk to join our Area 3 team based in Fareham.

Location: Fareham - Park Gate, M27 Junction 9, Hampshire, PO15 6SA 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £28,779 per annum

We're seeking a Cost Clerk to join our collaborative team, ensuring accurate cost tracking and providing essential administrative support. What will you be responsible for?
As a Cost Clerk, you'll be working within the Area 3 team, supporting them in delivering accurate financial reporting and administrative excellence. Your day to day will include:

  • Capturing and processing timesheet information, ensuring precise cost recording of all work activities
  • Creating weekly and monthly cost reports for labour, plant and materials
  • Maintaining staff records and providing administrative support for meetings
  • Assisting with general office management and organisation
  • Supporting emergency planning meetings and maintaining essential supplies

What are we looking for?
This role of Cost Clerk is great for you if:

  • You're proficient with Microsoft applications and databases
  • You have experience in administration related to commercial or finance activities
  • You possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • You can understand technical information and communicate effectively with various teams
  • You enjoy working independently while still being a supportive team member
