Customer Service Advisor (12month FTC)
We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our IMA OMC team based in Lancaster House, Huntingdon.
Location: Lancaster House, Huntingdon
Hours: 0800 to 1700 Monday to Friday - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
Please note this is a 12month fixed term contract

As part of the IMA OMC team, you'll play a vital office-based technical role focused on the detection, tracking, and resolution of water leaks identified via smart meter technology. This position is key to supporting efficient water distribution, reducing waste, and optimising water usage through virtual customer engagements. You'll carry out remote investigations and provide resolution-focused support, ensuring excellent customer service while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver accurate data analysis and effective communication around leak management activities.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the IMA OMC team, supporting them in leak detection and resolution through smart meter technology. Your day to day will include:
- Proactively communicating with customers to inform them of detected leaks and guide them through resolution steps
- Educating customers on smart water meter functionality and benefits, particularly for early leak detection
- Maintaining accurate records across all systems to ensure data integrity and service continuity
- Engaging with customers across multiple channels including social media, live chat, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of leak case management from identification through to resolution
