Customer Service Advisor
We're looking for a Contract Support Advisor to join our MOJ and Home Office Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am – 6pm
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Kier Places as a Contract Support Advisor, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our MOJ and Home Office Contract Administration Team. You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth coordination between our field teams, clients, and contractors whilst helping us deliver excellent service across all our contracts.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll be working within the MOJ and Home Office Contract Administration Team, supporting them in delivering efficient administration and coordination of works. Your day to day will include:
- Raising and allocating work orders for both operational and office-based teams, ensuring all details are accurate and complete
- Scheduling works to engineers and subcontractors, managing attendance dates and ensuring service level agreements are met
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, both internally and externally, to capture and record service calls
- Reviewing and completing work orders, checking paperwork for accuracy and resolving any system issues
- Monitoring performance reports and supporting continuous improvement by taking action to enhance service delivery
