Customer Service Advisor
We're looking for a Contract Support Advisor to join our MOJ and Home Office Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am – 6pm with one hour for lunch
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our Contract Administration Team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across our MOJ and Home Office contracts. You'll be at the heart of our service delivery, supporting both operational and office-based teams whilst helping us maintain excellent standards for our clients.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll be working within the Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective service across all aspects of contract administration. Your day to day will include:
- Raising and allocating new work orders for Contract Managers and engineers, ensuring all details are accurate and complete
- Scheduling works to Kier Engineers or subcontractors, monitoring progress and chasing attendance dates to meet our agreed service levels
- Providing phone and inbox support, communicating effectively with customers both internally and externally
- Completing work orders by checking paperwork, correcting any issues, and ensuring all information is accurate before closure
- Supporting Contract Managers and providing cover for other regions when required, helping the team achieve broader performance goals
What are we looking for?
This role of Contract Support Advisor is great for you if:
- You have excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner and the ability to build effective working relationships
- You're confident with IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- You have strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- You're able to obtain CTC Clearance, which is required for this role
- You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team whilst managing your own workload effectively
