Digital Construction Coordinator

We're looking for a Digital Construction Co-ordinator to join our Construction team based in flexible locations with agile working options.

Location: Flexible locations with agile working options
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our digital construction function, where you'll play a key role in enabling the use of innovative tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception through to completion. As part of a team of over 30 industry professionals, you'll help ensure compliance with industry and Kier standards whilst supporting our clients in achieving their digital ambitions. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of digital transformation in construction, working collaboratively with project teams to drive consistent adoption of digital construction techniques.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Digital Construction Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the digital construction team, supporting them in delivering digital excellence across projects. Your day to day will include:

• Providing ongoing user support and training for all project stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively use digital tools and technologies
• Working with the information management team to ensure the common data environment is set up correctly, adhering to ISO 19650 standards
• Monitoring that BIM Execution Plans are being observed and delivered against, reporting progress and any risks to project teams
• Undertaking model checking and validation using Kier standard rulesets to ensure quality and compliance
• Supporting awareness of digital implementation across functional departments, helping to drive cultural change towards a digital-first mentality

What are we looking for?

This role of Digital Construction Co-ordinator is great for you if:

• You're a strong communicator who can build positive working relationships with internal teams and the supply chain
• You have sound understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents and openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie
• You're enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional ways of working and are willing to share innovative ideas
• You have experience with appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models
• You're resilient, positive and driven, with good skills in Microsoft Office 365
