Facilities Manager
We're looking for a Front of House & Workplace Experience Manager/Facilities Manager to join our McLaren Building team based in Birmingham.
Location: McLaren Building, Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly, supporting everything from meetings and events to colleague engagement activities. This position combines exceptional service delivery with thoughtful stakeholder engagement, making every day varied and rewarding.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Front of House & Workplace Experience Manager/Facilities Manager, you'll be working within the McLaren Building team, supporting them in delivering an outstanding workplace experience. Your day to day will include:
- Acting as the friendly and professional host of the office, welcoming colleagues, clients and visitors
- Setting up and managing meeting rooms to ensure they're perfectly prepared for important meetings and events
- Coordinating catering services and supporting internal and external events from planning through to completion
- Taking ownership of workplace communications, ensuring information is current, clear and professionally presented
- Organising office social activities and engagement initiatives that help colleagues feel connected and valued
What are we looking for?
This role of Front of House & Workplace Experience Manager/Facilities Manager is great for you if:
- You have proven experience in a front-of-house, concierge or workplace experience role within a corporate environment
- You're skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior colleagues
- You take a proactive and organised approach, anticipating needs and finding solutions before issues arise
- You have experience supporting workplace events, social activities or colleague engagement initiatives
- You possess excellent communication skills and understand the importance of clear, professional messaging in shared spaces
