Field Performance Manager

We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in King's Lynn.

Location: King's Lynn
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day operations of team leaders and operatives within your region. You'll provide managerial support to enable an efficient and effective operational area, delivering our service strategy whilst maintaining excellent customer service. Working closely with Anglian Water partners and local delivery teams, you'll ensure activities are undertaken with a customer focus and delivered efficiently, in accordance with Health, Safety & Environmental policy and Streetworks regulations.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Field Performance Manager, you'll be working within the Anglian Water team, supporting them in delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your day to day will include:

• Monitoring, measuring and improving productivity, performance and quality of field teams
• Managing direct reports, ensuring compliance with policies and actively supporting their development through mentoring and coaching
• Maximising day-to-day organisation, planning and control of labour, plant and resources to ensure efficiency
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with water quality policies and relevant Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
• Investigating customer complaints and quality issues, facilitating resolution to deliver an excellent customer experience

What are we looking for?

This role of Field Performance Manager is great for you if:

• You have experience within the water industry at a supervisory level
• You hold an NRSWA ticket
• You have good IT and communication skills, with experience managing a varied team
• You hold a Full driving licence
• You're collaborative, trusted and focused in your approach, working closely with others to reach innovative solutions
