Senior Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in Northampton.

Location: Northampton
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a dynamic team delivering essential water infrastructure projects across the Anglian Water region. As Senior Delivery Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of capital solutions and network improvement schemes, working with the IMRDS team to maintain water supply systems and implement innovative solutions that make a real difference to customers and communities.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll be working within the IMRDS team, supporting them in maintaining water supply systems and delivering innovative customer solutions. Your day to day will include:

• Leading and developing a team of Delivery Agents, including performance management, regular 1-to-1s, and creating individual development plans
• Overseeing the delivery of capital schemes including main laying, DMA/DZ splits, and complex burst mains across the region
• Managing health and safety compliance on site, ensuring all works meet CDM requirements and environmental legislation
• Building strong collaborative relationships with Network Partners and internal stakeholders to maximise delivery benefits
• Driving continual improvement and innovation, sharing best practice to enhance productivity and quality

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Delivery Manager is great for you if:

• You have managerial experience in the construction or utility sector with strong commercial awareness
• You hold a Full driving licence, NRSWA supervisor, and SMSTS or equivalent qualifications
• You have EUSR Water Hygiene and Cat & Genny certification
• You bring experience in deep excavation, shuttering and shoring
• You're passionate about developing people and creating an inclusive, collaborative working environment
