What will you be responsible for?

As General Manager you'll provide inspiring leadership for our multi utilities framework on HS2. In this collaborative role, you'll guide project delivery across the full EKFB section, nurturing team development while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing Contract Managers across sections, coordinating resources and nurturing team development
  • Collaborating with the commercial manager to ensure favourable outcomes while maintaining financial awareness

  • Building meaningful relationships at all levels while planning ahead to balance workloads
  • Supporting team members and fostering a positive, collaborative culture with a growth mindset
