Information Coordinator

We're looking for an Information Coordinator to join our Information Management team based in Stepps.

Location: Stepps G33 - Some home working available as well as occasional travel to sites

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our growing Information Management function where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our projects comply with industry standards and deliver outstanding results for our clients. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, supporting our digital transformation journey while gaining valuable skills in a nurturing professional environment.

What will you be responsible for?
As an Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the Information Management team, supporting them in delivering compliance with ISO 19650 and the Building Safety Act. Your day to day will include:

  • Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) for projects, ensuring adherence to Kier procedures and ISO 19650 standards
  • Providing training and ongoing support for CDE users including project teams, clients, and supply chain partners
  • Validating all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring proper classification and distribution
  • Generating status reports and digital dashboards to track project progress
  • Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders and sharing best practices across the business

 

What are we looking for?
This role of Information Coordinator is great for you if:

  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy nurturing relationships with diverse teams
  • You're familiar with Electronic Document Management Systems such as Asite or Viewpoint
  • You're comfortable with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Teams and SharePoint
  • You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards
  • You're a collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
