L&D Administrator
We're looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1 day per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 5.30pm Mon–Thurs and 8am–5pm Fri – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As an L&D Administrator, you'll be working within the HR Shared Services team, supporting them in delivering a high-quality learning and development administration service across Kier.
Your day to day will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees and L&D representatives regarding the learning management system
- Booking and coordinating training courses and leadership programmes
- Administering psychometric testing and managing purchase orders/invoicing
- Supporting system changes and user queries related to Kier Learn (Kallidus)
- Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth delivery
What are we looking for?
This role of L&D Administrator is great for you if:
- You have experience using learning management systems (Kallidus preferred)
- You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating at all levels
- You're skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams, and thrive in a collaborative environment
