Operative
We're looking for an Operative to join our South-West Water team based in Paignton.
Location: Paignton
Hours: 45 per week
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an immediately available opportunity for an Operative to join our South-West Water team. What will you be responsible for?
As an Operative, you'll be working within the South-West Water team, supporting them in delivering and restoring clean water services. Your day to day will include:
- Undertaking planned or reactive work on water services to large diameter mains
- Being part of a rapid response team that works around the clock to deliver and restore clean water
- Updating relevant documentation on each job using a tablet
- Ensuring personal and site safety at all times
- Using vehicles, plant and materials responsibly, keeping wastage to a minimum
