Join us as a Planner at our Wraysbury depot.

As a Planner, you'll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating and scheduling work to ensure projects and services are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact, working alongside a supportive team and building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to help drive success.

Location: Wraysbury depot – hybrid working
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 40 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £29,000 to £33,000 per year + benefits

What will you be responsible for?

As a Planner, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering effective planning and coordination.

Your day to day will include:

  • Planning daily and weekly work from the work stack, ensuring efficient workflow
  • Raising and closing jobs on the Works Management System
  • Liaising with supply chain partners and traffic management companies to complete works in a timely manner, meeting SLA and KPI targets
  • Coordinating with the internal Permitting team to ensure all work has the correct permits
  • Communicating with TFL daily to update clients on current situations and progress of various jobs

What are we looking for?

This role would be a great fit for someone who:

  • Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Brings previous planning or administrative experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Holds a full driving licence
  • Is confident using computer systems and navigation tools such as Google Maps
  • Enjoys building positive relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
  • Has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
