  • Developing project delivery strategies that align with client objectives and business requirements
  • Ensuring design outputs meet client requirements, statutory obligations and Kier standards while supporting value engineering reviews
  • Working alongside planning and operational teams to establish key milestones and critical path activities
  • Building effective relationships with local authority clients, consultants, delivery teams and supply chain partners

What are we looking for?

This role of Pre-Construction Project Manager is great for you if:

  • You have proven experience managing projects during pre-construction, design development and mobilisation phases within a main contracting environment
  • You possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, design management and project delivery principles
  • You have experience with high-rise residential, refurbishment, retrofit or public sector projects
  • You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
  • You hold a Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying or a related discipline, and a Full driving licence

We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
