Programmer
We're looking for a Programme Planner to join our Maintenance and Operations team based in Winchester.
Location: Winchester - Easton Lane, SO23 7TY
Hours: 45 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Salary: £45,403 per annum

As a Programme Planner, you'll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating and planning all works delivered by our workforce. This includes cyclical maintenance, repairs, and scheme delivery. You'll create briefing packs to ensure safe execution of works on site, manage multiple programmes, and work collaboratively with supervisors and teams to maintain a high level of service. This is a role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real difference to our operational success.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Programme Planner, you'll be working within the Maintenance and Operations team, supporting them in delivering operational excellence. Your day to day will include:
- Planning and managing routine, reactive and severe weather services
- Daily resource allocation and monitoring progress of site works
- Liaising with teams to book required traffic management for maintenance and scheme delivery
- Creating briefing packs to ensure safe execution of works on site
- Being part of an out of hours response rota for incident management as required
What are we looking for?
This role of Programme Planner is great for you if:
- You hold a Full driving licence
- You're proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and electronic management systems
- You have asset management awareness at an operational level
- You can work using your own initiative and as part of a collaborative team
- You're clear in your approach, disciplined and thorough in how you work
