Project Coordinator
We're looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our Anglian Water team based in Huntingdon.
Location: Huntingdon
Hours: 37 per week
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Join us as a Planning Coordinator and play a key role in our smart metering programme. You'll be creating strategic plans for our AMP8 rollout, ensuring efficient scheduling whilst minimising disruption. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively across teams, using your analytical skills to drive results and support our regional smart meter targets.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Planning Coordinator, you'll be working within the Planning team, supporting them in delivering our smart metering programme. Your day to day will include:
- Developing rollout plans for our AMP8 smart metering programme, ensuring alignment with infrastructure deployment
- Coordinating with meter reading, communications, and scheduling teams to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Creating visual maps to identify remaining targets and highlight areas requiring attention
- Analysing completed work and upcoming targets to continuously improve future planning
- Managing key stakeholders and escalating potential issues to the Planning Manager
What are we looking for?
This role of Planning Coordinator is great for you if:
- You have at least 2 years' experience in an operational environment and possess strong analytical skills
- You're proficient with IT systems, particularly SAP and Microsoft Applications, with excellent keyboard skills
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the confidence to build relationships across teams
- You're highly organised with strong prioritising skills and the ability to show initiative, whether working independently or as part of a team
- You're flexible and adaptable, with a constructive attitude and collaborative approach to problem-solving
