Site Manager
We're looking for a Site Manager to join our IMRDS team based in the .
Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk
Hours: Full-time - 45 hours a week
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Join us in bringing environmental and social prosperity to the East of England through our ambitious £9bn investment programme. As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering infrastructure projects across the Anglian Water region, working collaboratively with our delivery teams to make a real difference to our communities and environment.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the construction delivery team, supporting them in delivering safe, high-quality infrastructure projects. Your day to day will include:
- Leading site-based teams and managing construction projects from inception to completion
- Ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget whilst maintaining the highest SHEQ standards
- Managing day-to-day operations, including supervisors, delivery teams, and subcontractors
- Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local community
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of project delivery
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
- You hold an SMSTS certificate and relevant management CSCS card
- You have NRSWA supervisor qualification and strong site management experience
- You're a natural communicator who can inspire and support teams to achieve their best
- You're passionate about health, safety, and environmental standards
- You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building trusted relationships
