Site Manager

We're looking for a Site Manager to join our IMRDS team based in the .

Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk
Hours: Full-time - 45 hours a week

As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering infrastructure projects across the Anglian Water region, working collaboratively with our delivery teams to make a real difference to our communities and environment.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the construction delivery team, supporting them in delivering safe, high-quality infrastructure projects. Your day to day will include:

• Leading site-based teams and managing construction projects from inception to completion
• Ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget whilst maintaining the highest SHEQ standards
• Managing day-to-day operations, including supervisors, delivery teams, and subcontractors
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local community
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of project delivery

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

• You hold an SMSTS certificate and relevant management CSCS card
• You have NRSWA supervisor qualification and strong site management experience
• You're a natural communicator who can inspire and support teams to achieve their best
• You're passionate about health, safety, and environmental standards
• You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building trusted relationships
