Project Manager
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our high rise refurbishment team based in Coatbridge.
Location: Coatbridge, Site Based with some Hybrid flexibility available
Hours: 42.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team delivering transformative refurbishment projects across high rise residential blocks. As Project Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of energy efficiency upgrades, new lift installations, rewiring, roofing and cladding works. You'll be at the heart of projects that make a real difference to communities, working collaboratively with diverse teams and building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the high rise refurbishment team, supporting them in delivering safe, high-quality projects on time and on budget. Your day to day will include:
- Leading and coordinating project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders throughout all project phases from pre-construction to completion
- Managing project budgets and programmes, ensuring delivery meets commercial and operational goals
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building excellent working relationships and nurturing future opportunities
- Overseeing health and safety compliance, quality standards and environmental policies across all site activities
- Mentoring and supporting site teams, sharing your knowledge and experience to help develop others
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
- You have proven experience managing construction projects of significant value within main contracting environments
- You're comfortable working with NEC and JCT contract conditions and can manage projects through all stages
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy building collaborative relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders
- You hold a relevant construction qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent) and professional membership (CIOB/ICE)
- You have your SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid Certificate and full driving licence
