Project Manager
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team based in Lincoln.
Location: Lincoln
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role
This is an exciting opportunity to provide Project Management services to both internal and external clients. You'll be working on a variety of projects, supporting them throughout their lifecycle from definition through to closeout. This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and make a real impact on our clients' success.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Project Management team, supporting them in delivering high-quality project management services. Your day to day will include:
- Developing and maintaining Project Management Plans, managing project budgets, resources and schedules using MS Project
- Facilitating risk workshops and managing stakeholder engagement and communications plans
- Administering contracts on behalf of clients and managing procurement strategies within governance arrangements
- Producing project reports, managing meetings, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
- Travelling to meetings, workshops and sites as required across varied locations
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
- You have an HNC/HND or equivalent in a built environment discipline, plus APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualification
- You're a member of APM or equivalent professional body specialising in project and programme management
- You have experience delivering Assistant PM or Project Support roles on medium-high complexity projects valued over £5m, or lead PM roles on projects valued at £500k-£5m
- You possess clear, concise communication skills and can confidently present complex information to diverse audiences
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project, with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
