- Leading the day-to-day design and construction activities, ensuring all works are carried out safely and to the highest quality standards
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring performance standards are met
- Overseeing project finances, programmes, and delivery plans to ensure projects are completed within budget and to schedule
- Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and your team to ensure everyone is informed and motivated
- Leading and developing your project team, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute

- You're professionally qualified or working towards membership of a professional body such as CIOB or RICS
- You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification
- You're an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and build strong, collaborative relationships
- You have sound commercial awareness with a commitment to health, safety, and creating an inclusive workplace
We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
