Regional Operations Manager
We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Anglian Water framework team based in Lincoln
Location: Lincoln
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As Regional Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic objectives across our integrated operational solutions (IOS) team. Working within the Anglian Water framework, you'll oversee multiple disciplines including civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation across water recycling solutions and clean water base projects. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, leading delivery across the Lincoln region whilst fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll be working within the IOS team, supporting them in delivering safe, high-quality and commercially sustainable projects.
Your day to day will include:
- Championing a culture that prioritises safety and wellbeing across all activities
- Managing revenue and margin in line with agreed budgets at project and regional portfolio level
- Developing and executing detailed delivery plans with skilled, competent resources
- Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality and environmental management standards whilst minimising operational risk
What are we looking for?
This role of Regional Operations Manager is great for you if you hold:
- Full understanding of current health and safety legislation, water law and water regulations within a managerial role
- Experience of regional profit and loss delivery at both project and portfolio levels
- Awareness of Health and Safety at Work Act and CDM requirements
- Full driving licence
