  • Producing regular reports and dashboards to support decision making and compliance monitoring
  • Coordinating the Ethical Labour Working Group, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking actions
  • Supporting supplier engagement activities and monitoring compliance with responsible sourcing requirements
  • Building positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams to promote best practice and continuous improvement

What are we looking for?

This role of Responsible Sourcing Co-ordinator is great for you if:

  • You have knowledge or interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, ESG, or supply chain management
  • You're confident with data collection, analysis, and producing reports and dashboards
  • You have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks effectively
  • You're a great communicator who enjoys engaging with different people and building relationships
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
