We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-value, complex construction projects. You'll oversee project teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is an opportunity to make a real impact whilst supporting and developing others.

  • Managing and mentoring site teams, providing guidance and support to help them perform at their best
  • Building excellent working relationships with clients, acting as their key point of contact
  • Overseeing project budgets, programmes, and performance, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
  • Identifying solutions to technical and logistical challenges, ensuring quality standards are met

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if:

  • You have substantial experience leading high-value construction projects from pre-construction to delivery
  • You're skilled at managing project budgets, programmes, and teams effectively
  • You have strong communication skills and can build collaborative relationships at all levels
  • You possess expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions
  • You hold a relevant construction qualification (degree level or equivalent) and professional membership (e.g. CIOB/ICE)

We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
