- Managing payment mechanisms, contract change, variations and applications for payment
- Overseeing lifecycle expenditure, funding and spend-to-complete forecasting
- Developing effective relationships with SPVs, clients and key stakeholders
- Producing forecasts, commercial reports and performance updates while maintaining risk and opportunity registers
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- You have demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveyor within PFI, FM, lifecycle or long-term service-contract environments
- You bring strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, cost control and cash management
- You have a practical understanding of PFI payment mechanisms, performance regimes and lifecycle funding
- You can work autonomously, manage competing priorities and provide clear commercial guidance across multiple contracts
- You're degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
