Senior Site Manager
We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Construction team based on site in Central London.
Location: Central London (Site Based)
Hours: Full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the day-to-day construction of projects valued up to £7m. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, within budget, to programme and quality expectations, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll manage operational resources and drive project success from procurement through to commissioning and completion.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering projects safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Your day to day will include:
- Leading site operational staff to ensure project success
- Managing procurement, installation and commissioning activities across the project lifecycle
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
- Implementing project plans and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and health and safety requirements
- Planning operational requirements for resources and managing project communications with all stakeholders
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:
- You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification,
- You have demonstrable experience in a site management role with a proven track record in construction
- You're an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and build strong relationships
- You have strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental management practices
- You're highly organised, IT competent, and have a good understanding of construction methods and planning techniques
