Site Engineer

We're looking for a Site Engineer - Civils to join our team in Twyford, Buckinghamshire to support the delivery of important construction works in a hands-on site-based role.

Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire – site based 5 days per week
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 45 hours per week
Please note, we're unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Engineer - Civils, you'll help make sure work is delivered accurately, safely, and to the right quality standards. Working alongside experienced engineers and site teams, you'll support setting out, quality checks, compliance documentation, and day-to-day site activity to help keep projects moving smoothly.

Your day to day will include:

  • Setting out works in line with design drawings, while checking levels, dimensions, and alignment
  • Completing inspection records, quality documentation, and as-built information to support accurate project records
  • Working closely with the wider site team to support daily activity and help keep progress on track
  • Helping to make sure work is carried out safely and in line with RAMS, while promoting positive safe working behaviours on site
  • Assisting with ITPs, checks, testing, and handover packs to support smooth project delivery

What are we looking for?

This Site Engineer - Civils role could be a great fit if you have:

  • A Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering
  • Experience working in a site-based engineering role
  • Confidence using setting out equipment and surveying tools
  • A good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a proactive approach to working with others
