Sub-Agent
We're looking for a Sub-Agent to join our Severn Trent Framework based in Wanlip
Location: Wanlip
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
We're seeking a dedicated Sub-Agent to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in managing civil and structural works within our wastewater treatment project. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of operational resources, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while working collaboratively with a supportive team.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Sub-Agent, you'll be working within the project team, supporting them in delivering high-quality infrastructure works.
Your day to day will include:
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems
- Managing and monitoring sub-contractor performance and delivery to ensure works meet specifications
- Overseeing site engineers and quality assurance processes, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation
- Coordinating labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources while maintaining accurate records
- Implementing day-to-day activities in line with the main programme and identifying opportunities for improvement
What are we looking for?
This role of Sub-Agent is great for you if:
- You hold a relevant qualification (Management qualification, NVQ Level 3, HNC or Degree)
- You have a proven track record in successfully managing projects with excellent organisational and commercial awareness
- You possess strong leadership, problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a proactive approach
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, enthusiastic attitude
- You hold SMSTS and CSCS or CPCS Card qualifications
