Location: Lionwood Junior School, Norwich NR1 4HT
Hours: 10 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As a Cleaning Operative, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in maintaining cleaning standards and hygiene levels at Lionwood Junior School. - Cleaning surfaces – wiping down tables within classrooms and touch points across the school
- Floor care – hoovering carpeted areas and sweeping and mopping hard floors
- Waste disposal – emptying bins across the school in classrooms, staff areas, and toilets
- Toilet areas – cleaning toilets, sinks and floors
- Working in line with COSHH guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene standards
What are we looking for?
This role of Cleaner is great for you if:
- You have previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school, office, or commercial building
- You understand health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations and the safe use of cleaning equipment
- You can work independently and take pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness
- You're reliable, organised, and able to follow cleaning schedules and procedures
