We're looking for a Sub Agent to join our United Utilities Framework based across the North West of England

Location: Blackburn and Manchester (Multiple locations available) 
Hours: 45 per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join us as a Sub Agent and play a vital role in delivering projects that make a real difference. You'll work alongside a supportive team, coordinating site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. What will you be responsible for?

As a Sub Agent, you'll be working within the project delivery team, supporting them in managing and delivering successful construction projects.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work meets project plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Coordinating with engineers, forepersons, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow
  • Monitoring progress against schedules and implementing solutions to address any delays
  • Conducting site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to ensure compliance
  • Supporting resource management, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximise efficiency

What are we looking for?

This role of Sub Agent is ideal for you if:

  • You have experience in site management, civil engineering, or construction supervision
  • You possess strong organisational skills and can coordinate teams and resources effectively
  • You have a solid understanding of construction methodologies and health & safety regulations
  • You can read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
  • You hold a full driving licence and are willing to travel between project sites as required
