Supervisor
We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team based in Essex.
Location: Essex - On site
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for service delivery across a specified area of our customer's estate. You'll play a key role in managing our team of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring that our asset base is accurate and maintained to the highest standards. This is an opportunity to lead operational excellence whilst developing your team and building strong client relationships.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working within the operations team, supporting them in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your day to day will include:
- Managing Kier engineers and subcontractors to deliver reactive, planned preventative maintenance and quoted works
- Ensuring all team members are appropriately qualified and work safely, following our 5 SHEW Basics
- Maintaining accurate asset information within our CAFM system and ensuring all site documentation is up to date
- Supporting staff development, performance management and recruitment to maintain excellent service delivery
- Providing regular updates to the Contract Manager and customers on estate status and performance KPIs
