Sustainability Coordinator
We're looking for a Sustainability Coordinator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team for our major environmental mitigation project in the South West, Bridgwater Tidal Barrier
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset- primarily office based with some home working available
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the delivery of the project's carbon and sustainability objectives and targets. You will be responsible for improving data quality and driving key initiatives to help support our drive to net aero.
Your day to day will include:
- Work with the engineering, procurement, commercial and wider construction teams to identify, implement, monitor and report on the project carbon goals and requirements
- Support the Bridgwater Tidal Barrier team to align with Kier minimum standards, best practice and reduce carbon in operations
- Support the team to complete carbon assessments and support in the collation of data for external reporting
What are we looking for?
This role of Sustainability Coordinator is great for you if you hold:
- Degree or Masters qualification
- Experience in carbon management
- Competent in data analysis and commercial awareness
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, EMS and environmental legislation with the ability to apply these effectively in real-world scenarios
