We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Severn Trent Framework based in Wanlip.

Location: Wanlip
Hours: 40 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Join our team as a Technical Administrator and play a vital role in supporting our project operations. You'll be assisting with accounting and administrative functions, working collaboratively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and helping to deliver excellent results for our clients.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering effective project accounting and administration.

Your day to day will include:

  • Processing Goods Received Notes, including collection from site, collation, validation and system entry for plant and materials
  • Managing invoice verification, matching, processing and handling queries with internal support teams
  • Recording and processing payroll information, including time and attendance, labour allocation and absence management
  • Assisting with cost monitoring and reporting, producing weekly reports on labour, plant and materials
  • Supporting general office duties including reception, meeting room management and office administration

What are we looking for?

This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if:

  • You're computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • You have knowledge and practical understanding of finance systems
  • You have experience with Time and Attendance and Access Control systems
  • You have a good standard of education and strong organisational skills
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and building effective relationships across teams
