Training Coordinator
We're looking for a Training Coordinator to join our Construction team based in Birmingham.
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 37.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As a Training Coordinator, you'll play a vital role within our Safety, Health and Environment department. You'll be responsible for providing efficient and timely training coordination to site and office-based colleagues, ensuring all Safety, Health and Environmental requirements are met while maintaining legal compliance. What will you be responsible for?
As a Training Coordinator, you'll be working within the Safety, Health and Environment team, supporting them in delivering essential training programmes across the business. Your day to day will include:
- Setting up and administering internal and external SHE training courses, liaising with training providers and arranging venues
- Managing training databases and maintaining accurate records of programmes, materials and attendance
- Producing monthly training attendance reports and annual budget analysis reports
- Creating joining instructions, attendance certificates and feedback registers for all courses
- Supporting the delivery of SHE initiatives, campaigns and events, acting as an ambassador for SHE training
What are we looking for?
This role of Training Coordinator is great for you if:
- You have strong client and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- You can manage, evaluate and prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines and achieve outcomes
- You take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion with a problem-solving approach
- You have familiarity with training systems and databases
