We're looking for an Administrator to join our Network Service Alliance team based in Bournemouth.

Location: Bournemouth

Hours: 40 hours per week

We're seeking a proactive Administrator to join our collaborative Network Service Alliance team in Bournemouth. This is a brilliant opportunity to contribute to a busy and supportive environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Network Service Alliance team, supporting them in processing and finalising feedback to ensure the timely submission of work orders. Your day to day will include:

  • Checking and completing feedback from the teams to enable work orders to be submitted efficiently
  • Monitoring and updating various spreadsheets and databases with accuracy
  • Undertaking general administrative duties and maintaining organised filing systems
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required

What are we looking for?

This role of Administrator is great for you if:

  • You have previous experience in administrative roles with excellent attention to detail
  • You possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to work
  • You have excellent IT skills, including working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
  • You demonstrate effective communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively
  • You're keen to contribute to a supportive team environment
