Programme Coordinator

We're looking for a Programme Coordinator to join our Northamptonshire team based in Brixworth. Working closely with Design, Construction and various teams across the project, you'll be the key link ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery.

Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per year + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?

As a Programme Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating, managing and updating the integrated works programme for our Northamptonshire contract.

Your day to day will include:

  • Creating, maintaining and adapting programmes of works using Microsoft Project
  • Attending weekly client meetings to provide updates on the Integrated Works Programme
  • Liaising with Project Managers, Designers and Commercial Teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with Construction Design Management Regulations and Traffic Management Act noticing procedures
  • Driving programme efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improvement

What are we looking for?

This Programme Coordinator role could be a great fit if you bring:

  • Experience supporting highways maintenance projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
  • Confident communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with others
  • The ability to stay organised, manage competing priorities and think ahead to solve problem
  • A full driving licence
