Commercial Assistant
We're looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our Anglian Water IOS framework team based in Lincoln.
Location: Lincoln- 3 days in the office per week
Hours: 37.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
You will be supporting the management of cost for the Anglian Water IOS framework for Water and Water Recycling across Lincoln and Norwich. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders throughout the organisation, you'll be collating, organising and analysing data to support the wider administration and commercial teams.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Commercial Assistant, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in managing cost and delivering administrative and commercial solutions.
Your day to day will include:
- Updating commercial reports and uploading timesheets
- Processing and raising Kier Subcontractor payments
- Processing material queries
- Supporting the wider administration and commercial teams
What are we looking for?
This role of Commercial Assistant is great for you if you hold:
- Experience in a commercial administration role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Experience with MS Office applications
