We're looking for a Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer to join our Westminster team based in Westminster.

Location: Westminster
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

What will you be responsible for?

As a Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the Westminster team, supporting them in delivering reactive and planned maintenance whilst enhancing business growth. Your day to day will include:

  • Delivering all reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance to ensure SLAs and compliance are achieved
  • Carrying out work planning duties and maximising productivity for the local team
  • Working closely with shift engineers, offering guidance, support and training where needed
  • Managing and overseeing sub-contractors to ensure work is delivered to a high standard and remains cost effective
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained by all employees and sub-contractors at all times

What are we looking for?

This role of Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer is great for you if:

  • You have significant experience within commercial maintenance including PPM, reactive maintenance, and stakeholder liaison
  • You possess strong mechanical engineering experience
  • You have been a UK resident for the last 5 years to enable SC Clearance checks
  • You enjoy building collaborative relationships across teams, clients and stakeholders
  • You are focused, thorough and committed to delivering the highest standards of service
