Field Performance Manager

We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in Norwich.

Location: Norwich 

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our team as a Field Performance Manager where you'll play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations of team leaders and operatives within your region. Working closely with Anglian Water partners and local delivery teams, you'll ensure all activities are carried out with a customer-focused approach while maintaining health, safety and environmental standards.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Field Performance Manager, you'll be working within the Operations team, supporting them in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Your day to day will include:

• Managing, mentoring and coaching teams to improve productivity and performance
• Ensuring compliance with policies, coordinating work and resolving customer issues
• Supporting team development through training, appraisals and fostering positive communication
• Promoting a positive health and safety culture including zero harm initiatives
• Managing resources efficiently while ensuring quality service delivery within required timescales

This role of Field Performance Manager is great for you if:

• You have experience within the water industry at a supervisory level
• You possess a NRSWA ticket and full driving licence
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy nurturing relationships across diverse teams
• You're collaborative and thrive in an environment that values teamwork and partnership
• You're trusted to deliver results while caring for colleagues, communities and the environment
