Field Performance Manager
We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in Norwich.
Location: Norwich
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Join our team as a Field Performance Manager where you'll play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations of team leaders and operatives within your region. Working closely with Anglian Water partners and local delivery teams, you'll ensure all activities are carried out with a customer-focused approach while maintaining health, safety and environmental standards.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Field Performance Manager, you'll be working within the Operations team, supporting them in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Your day to day will include:
- Managing, mentoring and coaching teams to improve productivity and performance
- Ensuring compliance with policies, coordinating work and resolving customer issues
- Supporting team development through training, appraisals and fostering positive communication
- Promoting a positive health and safety culture including zero harm initiatives
- Managing resources efficiently while ensuring quality service delivery within required timescales
What are we looking for?
This role of Field Performance Manager is great for you if:
- You have experience within the water industry at a supervisory level
- You possess a NRSWA ticket and full driving licence
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy nurturing relationships across diverse teams
- You're collaborative and thrive in an environment that values teamwork and partnership
- You're trusted to deliver results while caring for colleagues, communities and the environment
