We are seeking a Mobile Plumber to join our FM Hard Services team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites throughout South London and Kent. The role will focus on plumbing and mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring clients receive a safe, compliant, and high-quality maintenance service. • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, site representatives and subcontractors
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety and environmental procedures, completing risk assessments and associated documentation

What are we looking for?

This role of Plumber is great for you if:

  • You have demonstrable experience working within a mobile building maintenance or FM environment
  • You have strong plumbing experience including maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installations across commercial properties
  • You have a good understanding of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities
  • You can work independently and manage your workload across multiple sites with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • You hold a Full driving licence and are committed to health and safety and compliance requirements
