This is an exciting opportunity to join our digital construction function, enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use. You'll be part of a team that champions a Digital by Default approach, leveraging industry-leading solutions to deliver projects right first time, every time. What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Digital Construction Manager, you'll be working within the digital construction team, supporting them in delivering strategic digital initiatives across the region. Your day to day will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive regional digital strategy that aligns with the wider Water business strategy
  • Ensuring projects comply with ISO 19650 standards and client information requirements through the use of common data environments
  • Supporting bid teams with PQQs and ITT submissions whilst acting as the direct point of contact for digital construction matters
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, leading digital construction forums and advocating Kier's capabilities to key clients
  • Providing line management, coaching and mentoring to the digital construction team whilst managing resources and planning across the region

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Digital Construction Manager is great for you if:

  • You have experience building and developing tools using PowerBI, Microsoft 365 Tools and SharePoint
  • You're a strong communicator with proven ability to build positive working relationships and demonstrate strategic leadership skills
  • You have excellent understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents and can discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie
  • You're enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional ways of working and enjoy sharing ideas to challenge standard practices
  • You're resilient, positive and driven with the ability to coordinate your own workload and prioritise to support project delivery

We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
