- Compiling quality records using Kier's Quality Management System and ensuring subcontractors have all necessary Inspection and Test Plans approved
- Ensuring all engineering activities are successfully delivered on time, on budget, and to the required standard of accuracy and coordination
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Site Engineer is great for you if:

- You hold a relevant construction qualification (HND/Degree/SVQ) or technical trade qualification and have strong IT literacy
- You can competently operate setting out and levelling equipment (Total Stations and Digital Levels) and have experience with high-value civil and structural work packages
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
- You're comfortable managing tasks independently and are familiar with interpreting technical standards and site controls to ensure compliance
